There are my pictures for the Hat Contest that Kobbie invited us to participate. I am not too good having things on my head and my mom is not too good with the photoshop. So, she looked in my picture's files and she found these. I know I have no chance to win but I like to have fun with my bloggie friends and this is a good oportunity to share.

I met another friend today! His name is Winnie. He is a mini dachshund who lives near my house. This is the first time I see him walking with his owner. He is 9 years old and these are his first walkies around the neighborhood. Can you believe that? His owner said that she always sees us enjoying our walkies and she wanted to do the same. My mom says that never is too late to start something and we hope Winnie can enjoy his walkies everyday!

Ok. Did you see my dress? Yes, is one of my new dresses that my grandma made me. But, there is something wrong. What day is today? Sunday. Then, what day is today?? Day of Santos game. Soooooooo, wrong dress! Yes, you are right.... Santos lost! In a very ugly way. With one of the worst teams of the league. Such is life!

I won! Well, BooBoo won too!

And today I got my prize!

My mom told me that I had to wait until she took a picture....
This was my answer.....

Bella sent me a beautiful pink t-shirt, a squeakie dog toy and a very nice card!

I was having fun with my new toy, then I discovered the tag.... As you can hear my mom's favorite words are No, No, No!

Our rain

These pictures show you the kind of rain we get this time of the year. Here it rains dust! It is called "Lluvia lagunera" (regional rain). This happened yesterday and it lasted 8 hours! If you dare to go out you get dust in your mouth, your eyes, your ears, your nose and believe me... its disgusting! After the dusty rain you know you will have 2 or 3 days of cold weather. Yesterday morning we had like 80 degrees and right now we are at 20 degrees.

Do you remember I told you about Lloron, the dachshund who was lost some days ago and we helped him to find his home?? Well, today I saw him again. This time he was with his owner and now he has a collar with an ID. He also was wearing a bandana. I was happy to see him again but then he was not so nice. While my mom and his owner were chating.... he was sniffing me. Poking his nose in my... you know. I had to put my butt on the ground to stop him. Not enough! The humans were laughing, and believe me.... it was not funny. This time I was happy when he went away!

My grandma is back!!!

Finally my grandma came back! And as I promised there were lots of kisses, hugs and pees! I was very happy to see her again and she was happy too! She said she missed me sooooo much. She had great time with her sisters and with my uncle. I asked to her if she brought me a present... the answer was NO. She said she could not find something for me but she bought some fabrics for new dresses!!

Well, I did not get a present but we had one for her! In the last picture I am on a big box. Its a new stove for my grandma! Right now we are waiting for a person who is coming to install it!

I had a very nice weekend. Yesterday morning, as always my mom was cleaning like crazy! What is that obssession?? We had our lunch, a looooong nap and then she asked me if I wanted to go on a ride! What kind of question is that!!! Of course I wanted! We took the car and there we went to no place in particular. She was just driving and going to many places. It was fun.

Today we were going to watch the Santos game and my mom decided to make popcorn. I told her that popcorn is for movies not soccer games. She said she didn't care. She had been wanting to eat popcorn for almost a month! I was there giving her my sweet company and guess what?? She gave me ONE, just ONE popcorn!! Can you believe that?? She said something about my diet and bla, bla, bla! Well, better one than nothing, right?? Santos won and she ate the whole bag!

Now, I am going to sleep. My grandma is comming tomorrow and I want to be ready to greet her! She must be prepared to get lots of kisses, hugs and pee on the floor!
