First thing we saw when we opened the door to go out...

We know they have been patrolling the city but this was the first time we had seen them in our neighborhood.

Finally outside...

And then.... wind!!

OK! Enough of this mean wind... lets go home!

My night table...

First of all, thanks Elvira for changing my background!

I was not happy with not being able to put my muzzle to rest on my night table so... my mom was thinking and thinking (believe it or not!) on a solution for this.

Her first option was...

To put a keyboard box under them.

Not a good solution. It made the tables unstable.

Sooooo....

She came with another idea...

Hmmm.....

Heels!

Now... I am very happy again...

DIY project going... slowly

And the little brush on the right side is the culprit!

You know, my mom bought big brushes and even 2 rolls to paint the walls. She hated the effect of the rolls on the walls. The big brushes are... too big for her. Soooo.... she has been painting with an old 3 inches brush! Now you know why my mom has not finished yet.

Aaaand what started with just painting the walls went to some other projects... and the mess is still here...

My mom did as much as she could these days. Her back still hurts so, she could not do much! She has a week to recover and then, the next weekend she will try to continue the painting.

My grandpa told her to call someone to help her but she is more stubborn... than me!

My mom is having a long weekend at home.

I should be happy with that but...

No... I am not.

I guess she felt inspired by Mango's mom and she decided to paint our house!

She used to do that almost every year but she has not done that since I came to live with her... five years ago!

Soooo.... right now my house is a mess. She has painted only two walls... because she hurted her back... again

I am afraid she will need more weekends to finish!

Now that she is done for today... I am going to visit your blogs!

Viva Mexico!

Today we celebrate 2oo years of the beginning of our Independence.
The Government has planned big parties around our country.

Unfortunatelly not all the people is in the mood to celebrate due to all the bad things happening here.

We are proud to be mexicans and we hope things will change soon.

NEW MATRESS

My mom has been complaining about her back. She is sure it is caused by our matress. It is (was) too soft. Soooo.... today was the day and she went to buy a new one.
The vendor told her it would be delivered this afteroon. She got rid of the old one and we waited... and waited... and waited... and finally a big truck came with it...

We have new pillows too!

It is very firm and comfy...

It has my approval.... but.... there is a problem...

I can not longer do this....

See? It is too high!

I hope my mom will do something to fix this situation.... ASAP!

Naachosss!

I was complaining about the hot weather and then today we had tons of rain. All the streets around our house were flooding so.... my walkie was cancelled.

I had a good time playing with my mom. We were running around the dining table and going from room to room chasing my ball. Then she gave my dinner and then my grandma said that she wanted some nachos! My mom made some for my grandma, some for my grandpa and some for her... and... none for me! But... I had the honor to "clean" the cheese container!

Where are the jalapeno chiles?? Hmmm.... not complete...

Yummy....

At the end I had cheese on my eyebrows!

Finished!

And then my mom gave me the shocking news....

The D.I.E.T. will start tomorrow! She said we last two weeks were very relaxed, eating everything we wanted soooo....
