Treats and tags

Today my mom came with this big bag of treats. 150 rawhide sticks!! Doing some maths and considering that I get one a day, this bag will last me around 5 months!! And they are yummy!!
Well, going to a different topic, I was tagged by Luckie. I have to tell you things about my family. My mom says our family and her job is soooo boring, so I will make it short.
As you know I live with my grandma, my grandpa and my mom. My grandpa is an Engineer. Now he is retired, but he worked many years for the government. Now his job is to play with me during the day! My grandma is a desperate housewife (ha-ha!), and as you know she sews (my dresses mostly), she likes knitting, stained glass, embroidering and some other crafting. She does all those things while she plays with me too. Like my grandpa her main activity is to take care of me during the day!
I have two uncles and one aunt but they live in different cities. I get to see them twice a year. My aunt is the one who is Natasha and Spike mom.
My mom works for an american company (thats why she had to learn english -not pretty well but she tries-). This company has bussines all around the world. My mom works at an industrial plant. There they process oil seed to get vegetable oil. She is in charge of the Purchase Department. She purchases from a pen to complete big equipments, according to the requirements from the users. She says that at the beginning it was very hard for her because she knew zero about industrial processes, but day by day she got the idea and now is much easier for her.
There is no dad for me. She told me that she was engaged twice. In both cases she had second thoughts and her best option was to say NO WAY! So, she is still waiting for Mr. Right (ha-ha-haaaaaaaa!) If you know him, please let me know!!
What else.... She used to smoke a lot, but she quit when I came to live with her. That is another reason I am good for her!!
She likes cooking but as you know she doesn't do that pretty often. Just in special occasions. Christmas dinner is her speciality. Some times she bakes cakes and cookies for me!
She likes to watch many sports. Baseball and golf are her favourites. She also likes cross stitch and knitting. She used to paint but not any more. She says her inspiration genius left her long time ago!
There is not to much to talk about my family. I hope this helps to know my family better.
Now, here comes the hard part, I have to tag tree friends soooooo.... they are The Dogs of the Jackman Ave. Ruby and Toby. I hope you all want to play!
Have a good night
Besos

Hey Lorenza,
Do you wanna share those treats with me? :)
Oh wow, your grandparents' full time job is to care of you and cater to all your needs. hehe..i bet you keep them busy all day long.
Your Mom's a purchaser. Does she like shopping and buying stuffs in her free time? My Mom says Mr Right will come along when you least expect it...soooooo.....I'm sure your Mom will find her Mr Right one day. Plus, I think it was smart of her to say NO WAY since she wasn't comfortable with her engagements.
PS : Will you email me your address? (ssmilezz@gmail.com)

Since your Mom is so pretty, I am sure Mr Right will ome along anyday.

Hey, I have an awesome recipe for you to use wth those treats. My Mom does it for me and it is way fun. Take a hollow real bone ... the kind you can buy at the pet store and stuff two or three of those sticks inside the bone. Leave some of the treats sticking out and you can lick them and lick them and lick them and it makes for a long lasting snack. I blogged about it here http://justmecopper.blogspot.com/2006/09/my-favorite-recipe.html so you can go see pictures.

Your Mom knits???? My Mom does too. So far she has only made baby clothes. What does your Mom knit? My Mom would like to know. How long has she been knitting? My Mom use to cross stitch but it is too tiny for her to look at now.

Your family sounds very nice. My Linda would get along with your Grandma- she likes artsy-crafty stuff, too.
Wow- that is a huge bag of treats! With such a big bag, maybe you can talk your mom out of two sticks a day?

And I think that bag of treats might go moldy or something in 5 months! You need at LEAST 3 every day....

Hi Lorenza, thanks for posting about your family. It's fun learning about everydog's mom and dog and grandparents. Copper's Mom met her Mr. Right at McDonald's. Maybe your mom should try McDonald's sometime. It's nice your grandparents babysit you while your mom is at work... isn't that just the bestest!!??

Oooh! That's a lot of snacks. I could go through that bag in no time.

Your ma is very interesting but I don't know why you say her English isn't very good! It was nice of you to help her quit smoking. You ARE good for her. You could probably screen Mr. Rights for her.

Wow--your grandma is cool to do all that sewing. Your dresses are so nice.
