Trying to take it offMy mom bought me this nice collar like a month ago. I've been wearing it for more than 3 weeks and I am not get used to it yet!
When my mom got me, she got also a collar with a plate and I wore it without problem. But one day I chewed the plate and left it useless. Then with my surgeries and having to use the cone and later during the winter wearing sweaters I got unaccustomed to use a collar.
But now, my brilliant mom thought it was a good time to get me a new one. Well, I wear it, but I don't like it and I scratch my neck every chance I have to show her my feelings about it. She checked it thinking that maybe it had something that causes the itch, but she found nothing, in fact its pretty soft. So, she refuses to take it off from me. Maybe she needs to wear one to know how I feel about it.

Awww Lorenza...and it's such a pretty collar and it looks so pretty on you too! I sometimes don't like to wear collars too. Can you imagine, me not liking collars!!! Maybe it's the weather...you know it being so hot???

I don't wear any collars too...I only need to put on my harnass if I'm going out with them. I don't really dig those collars I guess...maybe you should get your Mom a collar to wear..oh wait..some hoomans do wear collars too huh? I think they call it necklaces or sumthing!

lorenza, do u mean u never wear a collar before this? so lucky. i started wearing a collar since the day arrive home. mom and dad complaint i walk like a ghost - no sound. they have difficulty locating me even tho the house is small. lol

Oh poor you Lorenza... Being forced to wear that pink collar. I give u a suggestion to terminate it firever. In the middle of the night while your mommy's snoring away, pull out the collar from your neck & then bite it into tiny bitsy pieces until it is uncountable! Hehehehe! Good luck on your attempt!

I don't like collars either but have found no way to get mine off. I am afraid you and I are stuck with them forever.
I haven't tried the collar.. but I've heard I have to wear my tag so theyw on't think I'ma stry.. so I have to get used to the collar too..
Maybe because it's veddy hot that's why it feels uncomfy.

Poor Lorenza. We all have collars because we have tags we need to wear. And Mom is afraid we might get out sometime and then people might think we are homeless (but we have been micro-chipped too). Mom says she needs to hear our tags to find us sometimes since we hide. We hope you get use to the collar because it is probably never going away.

I wear a collar but my tag slips on the collar and does not hang down in the front. Is it the hanging tag that bugs you? If so, I can tell you wear I got my tag. I has my name on it and my address and phone number. I don't wear my rabies tag because it would hang down and bother me. I would just chew it up.
