This is my last chance! As you know Brutus wants to celebrate his 100th Post running a contest. You have to tell about something Ridiculous your family do for you. I am not so sure this story applies but let me tell you...

Before I came to live with my mom, she used to have very long hair. She used to spend a lot of time doing her hair everyday. She did not go out if her hair was not styled. And then....
Here comes Lorenza!
The hair-dryer makes me feel very stressed. It is like a nightmare for me. And my mom noticed that since the first day. She stopped using the hair-dryer. Her hair looked awful. 3 days later she went to see her "groomer" and asked to him to cut her hair short. How short?? Veeeery short! He asked to her why? She explained to him about me. And he said... "That is Ridiculous!" My mom repplied to him... "Yes, it is... but cut it anyway"!
Since then (almost 4 years ago) she cuts it every month... very short!
Is that love??

Hi Lorenza, Martha is terrified of the hairdryer so mum does not use it in the same room as her but as not considered having her hair cut really short.

That is true devotion!! Wow! I had some issues with the hairdryer at one time, but mom made me get over them (as long as she doesn't use a different hairdryer - EVER - I'll be fine). But your mom, lets just say - Way to pup the pup first!!

Well, it's the poodle here who gets all the hair drying, not the humans! Fo does hate the vacuum cleaner, but because we do not want to live in a complete state of disarray like, AHEM, animals, we still vacuum and he has to tolerate it. :( He does try to bite it... Seems to me, Lorenza, that your Mom spends so much time on "walkies" that she could not fit in the drying and combing out anyway.
Momma tried to look like you Lorenza since you have short hair too.

We don't think that is being ridiculous. Mama also doesn't use the hair dryer much because I (Hershey) can't stand the hair dryer noise either.
We would think it would be ridiculous if your Mom decided to get a Mohawk haircut.
