A christmas present

Can you see this thing? It is one of those devices that "iron" your hair. My mom got is a Christmas present and she thinks it was a joke. My mom's hair is one inch long! Ha!

Meeting Carlitos....

Saying hello to Verne....

Looking for more friends....
I had a lazy weekend. I spend all the time with my mom. We took lots of naps and watched tv. The not so good part its that we watched Santos game and they lost. It was the first game of the season. I hope they will do it better during the next games.
Have a good nigth

Hi Lorenza...maybe your madre can use that iron to get the wrinkles out of the ruffles in your dresses!

Oh, Randi had a great idea - our Mom says that would be a good trick to use on baby clothes too.

I'm glad the iron was not meant for you! Maybe your mum can try to make liver treats using the iron!

Dannan and The Girl said...

Except for the Santos loss, it sounds like you had a furry nice weekend!

I don't know what your Mom could use that thing for. Maybe she can re-gift it and give it to someone else!

Hi, Lorenza...

You have sooo many friends to see when you take your walkies...

I'm sorry Santos did not win...I'm sure they will do just fine...

That's what weekends are for, Lorenza. Too bad your team lost. Bummer. Not a good way to start the season, but I'm sure that they will do better.

Maybe your mom can figure out something else to do with the curling iron. My mom would never use it either. hehe...

Love and Koobuss Kisses,

Thank you for introducing your friends. You look very nice in that dress. =)

Moco said...

I guess who ever gave that to your mom doesn't know her very well or they are trying to tell her something. I myself see nothing wrong with short fur. Both you and I have it.

Chef said...

Oh geesh, Lorenza - you have sidewalks! I haven't seen a sidewalk all winter, just lots and lots of snow. Sorry the Santos didn't win but there's always the next game. It would be boring if they always won. Now you'll be much more excited when you watch the next match. And about that hair iron - even if your Mama has short hair, she can make waves with it, or crimp her hair. Or maybe it's for serving spaghetti ...???

Joe Stains said...

hmm not sure why you'd need a hair iron for hair that short, maybe it is for you??

Huskee and Hershey said...

Heehee.. I doubt your mom will need to use the hair straightener at all!! Our mom used one many years ago but she gave up after a few tries cos it was too much work!

NESSA the hovawart said...

that iron is something my mummy would need coz she's so so curly hehe:-)
Maybe she can curl some details on your sweaters :-)

Yogui said...

Muchas patitas princesa "in pink"

My mom's hair is long but it is already straight so she wouldn't need that thing either. Lots of naps are great.

Maybe I could try one of those things if I decide I do not like my curly furs any more!

I hope it wasn't a hint that someone wanted your mom to grow her hair out! bol

Martha Basset said...

Looking lovely as ever Lorenza - perhaps your mum could grow her hair long and then use the straighteners!
Sorry about the game.

My momma says there is an activity called "re-gifting" which sometimes works when you get an odd pressie.

I enjoyed seeing all your friends on your walkie.

See ya!

I think whoever gave your mom that Christmas gift is trying to tell her that its time for her to have a make over and that she look good with straight long hair.

Suzuki said...

Hi Lorenza!
You have sooo many furry friends to bark with when you go for a walk. I don't get to meet many because Tahlia is what you might call anti-social/terrifying :) The last time we all went out and she was off her leash she tried to run down another furry friend who was recovering from a leg operation! She only wanted to say hello but she just takes off really fast and it scares a lot of other doggies. Mum would take me by myself but she cant get me out of the house without Tahlia and Scooby going bananas, so she has to wait for Dad to get home and he works late :(
Have you tried the Death Roll yet?
Big licks to you

Katie and Gizmo said...

Hi Lorenza, A pretty expensive joke. My mum has one of those hair straightener thingies. I think they are dangerous.

Carlitos looks just about my size. You are very lucky to get to meet lots of new friends.

Sorry your team didn't win, I'm sure they'll do better.
