Car ride

Today my mom came home earlier. She needed to run some errands. She took me with her. It was very hot but with the a/c in the car it was very nice. Our last stop was the pharmacy where my mom bought some meds for my grandpa and there she bought also popsicles. She gave me half of hers! Yummy and refreshing!

My mom's brother who lives in Chetumal is sick and my grandma went there to stay with him. I hope he gets better soon and my grandma comes back in a few days!

I am ready to go home!

Today I went to the vet. It was time for my rabbies and to get my nails cut. Everything went well. He says I am doing well. Same meds for the thyroid. My weight is fine too.

Santosmania!

Santos goes to the finals! They did it! It was an intense game and at some point everyone thought Santos was going to lose but at the end they scored the goal they needed to be in the finals. People were like crazy after the game. The picture ilustrates how people were celebrating. It was 1 am and you still could hear the claxons!

This was a lazy saturday. It is very hot outside. Short walkie and thats it! So, I had to entertain myself. My mom was watching soccer and I went for my ball. I was playing very happy and then..... pufff! My tooth got into the ball and that was its end. I shake it and shake it very hard trying to bring it to life but it was not possible. It was my favorite ball. I had it for more than 2 years! I hope my mom finds another like this one!

Santos did not win. They tied. Tomorrow they will play again. Win or tie they go to the finals!

Today a 9 pm Santos is going to play the first game of the semi-finals! I hope they win. I did my part wearing my Santos lucky dress for my walkie. Now they need to play good to win!

As you can see I am ready to watch the game. But my mom wants to watch Lost and the Yankees game too! How can we do that?? We have only 2 tv's!!! Its going to be very interesting!

A funny tree

Yesterday everything happened here. My mom came home a little bit earlier because Santos was going to play (play-offs!). So first, we went on a car ride to pick up something from the dry cleaner. Then we went for a walkie. We saw interesting things around our neighborhood. Then, we were about to get home (like a block away) when it started raining! A lot! I was happy. My mom and my grandpa not so much! We got inside and 10 minutes later.... no power! 20 minutes later.... yes power! but... no internet!! No satellite TV. Local channels. We watched Santos game. They won. Rain stops. Then wind. Hard wind. Then... no power! So, best option? Being sleep very early! Today morning? Sunny and hot day! Now, as soon as I finish this post I will be visiting your blogs!

Finally!

Today we had 112 degrees! Finally my mom put water in my mini pool. This one is bigger than the one I had the last year. So, she had to cut off one of the rings.... ahem.... ahem.... you know.... I am shorty! At first I was not so sure about getting in but once my mom put my ball on the water I was ready to start the fun! It feels soooooo good. I like to have my belly and butt all wet! (No pictures of that because the batteries died!). My grandma is not so happy because I like to come in, get wet, come out and I go directly to the living room! Believe me, right now, there are lots of paw prints all around my house. I am thinking the mop will be attached to my grandma's hand from now on!
