An old story...


Very strong winds mean....
A big "boom"... and bye bye power!

 No electrical power...
We had to have the door open.  It was very hot...

 Then rain...

 Finally the truck came....

Making sure they fix it...

A couple of barks to encourage them....

And after 4 hours... the power was back!
Not funny....

    How horrible! No power means no air conditioning and no A/C makes hoomans cranky! I hope that you at least got a treat for being such great soopervisor!!

    That situation sucks. Good thing you were there to supervise the humans and instruct them to fix the electricity with speed and efficiency. What would people do without us?

    That is not fun at all, Lorenza. So glad they got things all fixed. Phantom is happy that so far we haven't had too many bad storms here. Hope those booms and bad storms stay away from you too.

    So sorry, Lorenza!! That definitely is not fun! Especially with the hot weather, you'd rather have your a/c on and cool than have the windows open and the wet hot air coming in!

    Our power left us in the dark two nights ago, too! I finally went outside and brought some of the solar lights from my gardens inside! Didn't help with the heat, but we could see. My dogs were not happy!

    Oh gosh, i'm so sorry for you Lorenza. I can't immagine how mean live without power, specially if it is very hot. Here in Italy is so so hot too, we can't go out during the day only for going to the swimming pool. What a bad thing..
