Cake!!... not for me....

For Valentine's Day we did not do anything special because my mom HAD to go to work! But, when she came home in the afternoon we went out for a walkie and then she decided to bake her Silly Cake... or the Big Hot Cake like my uncle calls it!

It is very easy to make...

1 cup of hot cakes mix
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of vegetable oil
5 eggs

Put everything in the blender and then pour the mix in a cake pan. (my mom covers it with wax paper).It goes to the oven at 190°F for 30-40 minutes and.... Ta-Da!
No icing. Just the cake and my grandparents love to eat it for breakfast with a cup of coffee or chocolate!
And they say it is delicious! Hmm...

Can you see my face of "She did not give me even a crumb"??

    Not even a crumb??? that is not right, Lorenza - can you try giving her the sad face and see if she relents? That cake looks very good, Mom says she would love it with a hot cup of tea or coffee.

The same is going for Holly now too about everything (except for the pot pie she stole)...the vet said she has to lose weight!! We thought it was her fur....no...and she is not happy!!
