My way

I want to go with my grandma!

No! ... Me!




Today when my mom came home, we went out for a walkie, a short one I must say! She said something about having many things to do at home. I had my dinner and then earlier than usual we went to our house. My mom started coming up and down carrying things. Then she went to the closet and was arranging things there too! While she was doing that I went close to the stairs and started to howl! My mom asked me what was going on. I tried to tell her that it wasn't the time to be at our house and that I wanted to go with my grandma again! Do you think she took me there?? No.... of course! She just gave me a treat and that was the end of the howling! Silly mom. Now, I know what to do to get more treats!!!
Tell me, what kind of tactics do you use to get what you want??

    woofies Lorenza!!! this is lacy's mama, she not feeling to good today so i get to check bloggys...lacylulu always gives us the sad eye to get treats...could u please tell Kena that i am glad her surgery went good, i still cant get her bloggy or post a comment..ty sooo much!!!

    Nice series of pics Lorenza. That one really does look like a bat! As for getting treats, well we just give mum the sad puppy look with our big brown eyes - that seems to work very well.

    Love those pics of you as a bat! Brilliant!
    To get what depends on what it is. If it is an object, I just pretend not to care then steal it. If it is something I can't reach, like a cat, I make awful sad noises or bark. And if I just want my parents to do as I say, I give them such cute looks they have to give in. Sometimes!

    Hmmm, I have no tactics at all but when I usually want to play ball with my hoomans, I would purposely push the ball under the couch & will dig for it. My hoomans will have no choice but to get their butts off the couch & dig it out for me & throw the ball. After that, I will do it again & again & again till I'm sick of it.

    Hi Lorenza... that is so cute! Maxy gets mad when I am at the computer or reading and tries to stand on the keyboard or newspaper. If that doesn't work, he makes a mean face and barks one time. Then I realize he just wants attention, so we cuddle!

    I like the way you can turn yourself into a bat! Scary! Use it next Halloween. When I want a treat, I sit and make my I'm-sitting-for-you face. Makes them feel guilty and I get the treat. That's a trick you can teach your people.

    Hola Lorenza... Te aclaro lo de mi pelo (Xinver): los nudos se deshacen con los dedos (de los Jefes), es decir, a mano. Si no se hace con frecuencia y se descuida al final no hay más remedio que cortar el pelo con la máquina. Saludos.

    Lorenza, we don't really have any good way to get treats. Mom gives us treats when we go to our crates at night or to our pen during the day when she is at work. We get crunchy cookies after meals to help clean our teeth. Other than that, Mom has to be in a generous mood to give us a treat.

    Thank you for coming back to visit us after our long period of not blogging. We weren't sure if any of our friends would come back but you did!

    We are sorry we missed your birthday because we weren't reading too many blogs either. You were a beautiful birthday girl. Mom always comments about how pretty you are. Anyway, we hope you had a wonderful day and got lots of goodies.

    Good work with the treats - I do the same thing except I bark.

    I'll go outside and bark a bit then stop and come inside and wait for a treat. Unfortuntely HM seems to have caught on to this and doesn't give me the treats anymore so I'm going to have to come up with something else!!

    You are photogenic at ANY angle. I especially love the bat ears photo!

    Not only that, but you are a pretty clever girl too. As for me, I usually go sit right in front of my girl, extend my paw, and gently place it on her knee, or arm, or whatever is closest. Then I stare, and give her my sad goober eyes. If that doesn't work, I lay down right next to where she is with a big SIGH, and act like I'm depressed. I usually get something for that oscar-winning performance.
