Easy dessert...

The ingredients:
1 cup of coconut

Mix all the ingredients except ice cream

You can use a big pyrex or individual bowls.

Then a layer of the mix. Another layer of ice cream and finish with another layer of the mix...

Ta-Da!

Then close your eyes and concentrate yourself...

And maaaaybe they will share it with you!

  14. OMD that sounds YUMMY! What's that dessert called? My hoomie Melissa made Guri-Guri the other day. It is like sherbet but instead of using frozen fruits or fruit juice, she used grape soda. I tasted it. It was nice & refreshing! I bet yours tasted nicer with all those tasty nuts in there.
