Another cleaning saturday...

Last night... or early this morning my mom was working on the computer until 3AM. Of course we slept until 9AM. We went to my grandparents house, I had my breakfast and then my mom said she was going to our house to clean it. She thought I was going to stay with my grandparents while she was working but I wanted to go back hom with her. Big mistake!

As soon as we came, she took out of the closet the orange vaccum monster which scares me a lot. I don't have many places to hide myself here so, I went where I thought it was safe... but the scary monster found me! Hmmm...



Please mom... take it away...

She said no... and I went to a safe place...

Found!
Not so safe place since the monster found me.
I never thought it could come here under the bed!

When I heard my mom placing the monster again into the closet, I came out... and went up to the bed and...

Finally enjoyed a long, nice and relaxing nap!

    You can disable the sucky monster by stuffing a toy in it's way; it does mean sacrificing that toy....

    I hate the vacuum cleaner too, so much that I find a hiding place myself.

    Hope you get a good nap after all that stress of that darn vacuum. They are scary machines. But at least now the house is cleaner. Just be glad Mom didn't vacuum you.

    Sweet dreams, sweet Lorenza. We have two big purple monsters here. None of us are really afraid of it. In fact, TD and Ciara won't even move when it is coming near them. Phantom prefers to just hide out in his crate.

    We also bet you have the cleanest house around:)

    You are so much smarter than we are -- at least you hide from the vacuum monster. We try to attack it and bite it and silence it forever. But we're never successful.

    The only way the house gets vacuumed is if we and one of the humans are behind closed doors while the other human takes care of the rest of the house. So much trouble when we they should just let us kill it once and for all!!!

    Hey Lorenza! We have a whole new perspective on the BigOrangeMonster. Ours is dark green, but still a monster. And this weekend we got to see the insides of it! Moma and OurGirl took it apart and replaced a big black rubber band. We thought it was really quite interesting, seeing the parts that made it work. We're not so sure that that experience will make it any more friendly, but we do know that it has a heart. Or something.

    Lorenza your live is very stressful poor sweet baby!! I hate the sucking monster too. Thankfully I can get up pretty high to get away from it.
    Mom told me Toto, their doxie from many years ago would bark at the sucking monster and with each bark he would back up. I'd pay money to see that I bet it was funny,

    We hate them as well vacume cleaners should be banned, somtimes Pip attacks it. I stay on my bed and dare it to come near, trouble is it does.

    Monsters of all kinds scare me - include the fireworks monster and the drill monster too :( But I should say that you are an enterprising dog and the fact that you eventually managed to dodge the vacuum monster tells me that you are a wisek9 too:)

    I (Hershey) don't like the "monster" either - it is really loud. It doesn't seem to bother Kaci.

    Mama just told me that my older sister (Bosco) was not afraid of the "monster." She used to bounce the ball on it so Mama would push the ball for her to play with.
