My grandma made me a new special dress to celebrate our Independence!

Looking for the poodles on the roof... 
I sniffed something yummy in those trash bags... and my mom took me away from them!My mom is having a long weekend at home.
I should be happy with that but...No... I am not.
I guess she felt inspired by Mango's mom and she decided to paint our house!
She used to do that almost every year but she has not done that since I came to live with her... five years ago!
Soooo.... right now my house is a mess. She has painted only two walls... because she hurted her back... again
I am afraid she will need more weekends to finish!
Now that she is done for today... I am going to visit your blogs!

What a great way to celebrate Independence! (And as always, you look gorgeous, and make the rest of us look like big clods. But that's okay, because we love you!) Sorry to hear about the painting. But maybe if you are lucky, you won't end up living in a Barbie Fun House like Mango! ;-)

We are so very sorry that your Moms back still hurts. I think that she needs to take her days off and REST her back! NOT paint!

ReplyDeleteI'm sorry about the painting. There must be something in the air this year. Blog Mom continues to tear through the house on various reorganizing and sprucing up missions. I'm also sorry about your Mom's back. None of this teaches them to leave well enough alone, though, does it?
On the brighter side, maybe you should get your Mom to take a photo of the painting in progress and enter Mango's contest with that.
