Thanks McAfee for not telling us that the version we had was no longer working. It caused a mess to our laptop. And your Service Center?? Not working either. My mom came into a panic mode. It was until today at 3 pm that a very nice friend of my mom came to check it and told her what was the problem. He could not fix it here so he took it to his house and around 6 pm he brought it back. It was a relief to see everything working perfectly! Thanks a lot Hugo for giving us your time to fix it!
While we were waiting for him to come back, we went out for a walkie.
Relax mom. Lets go out for a walkie and you will feel less stressed!

Ugh. My mom has McAfee at works and she loathes it. It makes her whole computer slow and makes her mad pretty much everyday. I am so glads that you got everything back under control and were able to go on such a nice walkie..And and by the way I love you in that pink dress. Really brings out the sparkles in your eyes..BOL!

Oh, Lorenza , we're so glad your mom's friend was able to fix her laptop. What a terrible thing for McAffee to do. Jan never could load it on her previous computer and she came to hate Norton. She has found a good av now, Vipre 4.0 and she's happy with it.

Our Secretary got herself a laptop with 2 mos free of McAfee. Now its more than two months and we dont have any notice that McAfee is not working anymore. I guess time to get a new virus protection program. Thanks for reminding us Lorenza!
