Our Mother's Day...

Here in Mexico, we celebrate Mother's Day on May 10th.

Yesterday my mom HAD to go to work but she came at noon and then we went to buy food to celebrate.


While my Grandma went into the restaurant I took my time to sniff... the plants...

Some walking...

And more waiting... and after 45 minutes...

Are we ready to go home?


The Paella and the cake were yummy!


Not a big celebration but enough to spend a nice time together. And after that I enjoyed a nice and long nap with my mom.

    Oh my God, that paella looks so delicious!!! I had some when I visited Spain and I will never forget it...but I didn't realise that they serve paella in Mexico too?

    what is the filling in that cake? we think we would like to try some....We spent Mother's Day here at a big dog show... Fo barked at a show poodle... (bad dog). Please do not anyone tell him what "pollo" means... that's what we call C-H-I-C-K-E-N because we can't use that word around him or he gets all crazy. Happy Mother's Day all.
