Happy New Year to all my friends around the world! I hope you all had a pawesome time welcoming the New 2010 Year!
Here in my house we did not do anything special. My grandparents, my mom and me, were ready to have a nice and simple dinner and we planned to go to sleep early. And then... "ding-dong"... and I went to the door to see who was there... My auntie Claudia came to visit us!
First I took a place on the chair to have a better point of view...
Then I wanted to be part of the conversation... Can you see my Auntie's face?? My grandma told her something and I was embarrassed to hear that!
Then, my grandma went to the kitchen to do something... and my Auntie's attention was all for me...
I loved having her here with us...
Here she is leaving... Today she went back to China!

Happy New Year, Lorenza! Oh! How I have missed you! Mom and I had fun catching up on your posts....about 11-12 of them. It looks like you had a wonderful Christmas and Santa Paws was sure nice to you. That photo of you and your aunt is priceless. I bet your grandma, grandpa, and mom were glad for Claudia to come visit. I loved seeing your videos....in that one where you are trying to get Natasha to play, she is looking at you like you have lost your mind while you scratch your back on the couch...that made me laugh. I also liked hearing you bark. Your bark is much deeper than mine. Mom says mine can put a hole in your eardrum. It looks like you are having some cold weather but I bet it is warmer than here. Can I come and stay with you for the winter? It is about 10 degrees F here right now!

So special to have her visit clear from China... Happy New Year and thanks for visiting us. Chica was supposed to be temporary but M & D decided to keep her after only a few hours. Not sure if they are meant to be fosters. They seem to have trouble letting them go. Chica is their first foster and she is staying. Wonder what will happen with the next one???
