Chasing doves!
Can you see the ground?? Full of dove poo!
I am happy... and tired! **********************************
My lazy mom did not go to work today. They owe her 80 days of vacations so she decided to take this day off. We woke up at 8:30, she took a shower and we went to have breakfast. Later she went to renew her driver's license. She went there with my grandpa while I stayed with my grandma. then my grandpa left her at the door of our house and he went to visit his brother. My mom did not have her keys to come into our house but it was supposed my grandma was at home. Nope. I was there barking at her and she asking me to open the door (?). My mom thought my grandma was taking a shower and she waited. Nothing. So, she had to go to look for my grandpa. She walked many many blocks away. Then she came back with the keys (45 minutes later). At the same moment she was opening the door, my grandma appeared! She said she needed something and went to the supermarket! I hope my mom learnt her lesson and in the future she will never go out without her keys!
For lunch they ate fish. My mom is not a big fan of fish but today she told my grandma about this recipe that Joey's mom made in her blog. She forgot to take pictures but she said it was Delicious! Thanks Rhonda for sharing it!
In the afternoon we went to the downtown again! My grandma went to buy some fabrics while me and my mom walked around the plaza. I had lots of fun chasing doves there!
I hope tomorrow we will do something interesting too!

ReplyDeleteOne time my mom got out of the car real quick and left the door open. The wind blew it shut and it locked. (keys inside, motor running...) What's unusual about that? It's supposed to be IMPOSSIBLE for that to happen with her car!!!! To top it off, I was stuck inside the car crying for mom while some nice men broke into our car for us. She was trying to trick me into opening the door, but I couldn't figure out how. Silly moms!

Hola Lorenza. Qué día tan ajetreado. Nos alegra que tu mamá se vaya aficionando al pescado, es muy bueno. Aquí se come mucho pescado pues estamos rodeados de mar por todas partes, aunque en las zonas del interior son más "carnívoros". A nosotros también nos gusta mucho.

Another stuning dress, I bet the fabric is for more dresses for you. Its a good jobe you dont come to our park, with all the birds you would be flying about like a paper kite. Pip did but he is giving up a bit now.

My mom isn't a fan of fish either. We would definitely chase the pigeons if they were around our house! I'm glad your mom got to have a day off--what a lot of days of vacation she has. She could travel around the world in 80 days -- and visit all of us!

Dove chasing looks fun! We don't have many doves in our squares but lots and lots of pigeons. In summer they swoop down around people trying to steal food! and the floor is covered in Pigeon poo.. I don't think Mum is too fond of those pigeons, they seem to freak her out a lot!
